HoneyHQ has no public contact form while it is in private development. A published address will appear here before launch.
Corrections are the most useful thing to send
If something here is wrong, we would like to know, and a correction with a source behind it is worth more than any other kind of feedback. The most useful form is: the page, the specific statement, what it should say, and what supports that.
Corrections are made to the underlying record rather than patched into a page, which means the fix propagates everywhere the record is used. The review date moves with it.
What we cannot help with
- Identifying a specific jar of honey, or confirming whether a particular product is genuine. See the guide on authenticity for what a laboratory can and cannot establish, and why the home tests do not work.
- Medical questions. Nothing here is medical advice, and the health section says where the evidence stops.
- Identifying a bee from a description. A photograph and a regional recording scheme will get you much further than we can.
