Honey production and trade by country
Choose a country, a continent or the world to see its honey production, hives, exports and imports from FAOSTAT — with every estimate marked, every missing year left blank rather than zero, and trade unit values only where the quantity can carry them.

- A missing figure means FAOSTAT holds none for that year, not that the country produced or traded nothing.
- A trade unit value is declared value divided by quantity, in that year's dollars. It is not a retail, wholesale or farm-gate price, and it is not a measure of quality.
- The exporting country is where the honey last left, not necessarily where it was harvested. Odd figures are questions about the data, not evidence about any honey.
- Hives are counted differently between countries, and production per reported hive is not a beekeeper's yield.
