Acacia vs linden honey
Both are pale central European tree honeys with short intense flows. One tastes of almost nothing and the other is among the most aromatic honeys there is.
Which to choose
Acacia if you want a mild honey that stays liquid, or if you are buying for someone else. Linden if you want a pale honey with genuine character, particularly for tea — it is one of the few aromatic honeys that survives hot water. If you have only had acacia, linden is the most interesting next step at the same price.
