Chunk honey
A piece of comb suspended in a jar of liquid honey.
Honey
Definition
A compromise between comb honey and extracted honey: the comb gives the aroma and the visible authenticity, the liquid honey makes the jar practical. Traditionally made with a slow-crystallising honey so the liquid phase stays clear around the comb.
