Definition
A joint FAO and WHO body whose honey standard sets the definition — the substance produced by honey bees from nectar or honeydew, with nothing added and nothing removed — and limits for moisture, sucrose, HMF and other markers. It was written around Apis mellifera honey, which is why stingless bee honey does not meet it.
