Cut comb

Squares of comb honey cut from an unwired frame and boxed.

Honey

Definition

Comb built on thin unwired foundation, cut into squares and packed without extraction. It is the least processed honey product there is and cannot practically be adulterated, which is its strongest argument. The frames are sacrificed in the process, which is why it costs more.
