It filters what is in the catalogue, which is a fraction of the hundreds of named honeys produced worldwide. A honey not appearing is not a judgement on it.

Tasting categories are editorial judgements, not measurements. Two people tasting the same honey will not always place it in the same intensity band. Only a minority of honeys have been described by a trained tasting panel, and the panel-only option shows which.

Crystallisation and composition figures are typical ranges for the type, and any individual jar can sit outside them.

It cannot tell you whether a honey is available where you live, or what it costs.
